Bass Pro Shops has supported the Reservoir Fisheries Habitat Partnership from the beginning, playing an integral role in its founding and continuously pledging funds toward fish habitat projects.

In 2022, Bass Pro Shops dedicated nearly $1.6 million in funding from the U.S. Open National Bass Fishing Amateau Team Championships for fish habitat. Nearly all of this funding went into reservoir fisheries or adjacent habitats, supporting not only healthy ecosystems but also quality fishing.

Costa Compete + Conserve has supported Friends of Reservoirs since 2021.

In 2021, Costa Sunglasses expanded its longtime support of bass fishing with the introduction of Costa Compete + Conserve – a contingency program that not only awards the highest placing angler wearing Costa Sunglasses in select tournament trails, but also makes a cash donation to one of five conservation partners - including Friends of Reservoirs - on the angler’s behalf.
