We have been informed that the BIL significantly increased funding for the Joint Chiefs' Landscape Restoration Partnership, which is a cooperative program between USFS and NRCS.  You can see the projects that received funding in FY23 here, where you will notice that several are aquatic-related and not all include a national forest in their footprint.  Especially note the project in South Carolina, which lists SARP as a partner.  It looks like the notice of funding opportunity usually comes out in June, so we will keep an eye out for that.
